Introduction & Scope of Application

Account Closure & Suspension

ak144 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Violation of bonus or promotion terms.

Deposit Terms

The ak144 platform currently accepts three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

• The deposit amount must meet the minimum limit.
• Only use a payment method registered in your own name for your account.
• Deposits via third parties are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.

Withdrawal Terms

Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus up to ৳5,000 applies on your first deposit at ak144. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.

• The bonus applies only once, on the first deposit.
• A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The wagering calculation is based only on the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered.
• Winnings earned with the bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

General Bonus Terms

Before accepting any bonus or promotion, carefully read the specific terms attached to it.

• A bonus offer can only be claimed once per household or per IP address.
• Bonuses are optional — you have the choice not to take a bonus at the time of registration or afterward.
• ak144 may modify, limit, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In the event of a breach of promotion terms, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

VIP Tiers & Benefits

The ak144 VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with a regular weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher tiers through regular active play. ak144 reserves the right to change the structure, benefits, and terms of the VIP program. VIP status and associated benefits may be cancelled in the event of a breach of these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ak144 platform. Involvement in such activities will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Placing bets using any software, bots, or automated tools.
• Claiming bonuses or promotional offers through fraudulent means.
• Attempting to gain an advantage by opening multiple accounts.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other members.
